Calling all sellers and shoppers! Our neighborhood Community Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This event brings together local sellers offering household items, clothing, toys, tools, books, furniture, and more. Whether you’re clearing clutter or hunting for bargains, here’s what you need to know.

• Who can participate: Any resident or community member who wants to sell items.

• Signage and map: Registered sellers will be placed on the official event map distributed to buyers. Directional signs will mark main routes; individual seller signs are encouraged.

• Cancellation/changes: Notify us if you need to cancel or change your listing.

For Buyers (What to Expect)

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Early birds are common; arrive early for best selection.

• Event map: Pick up a printed map at any of the houses that are participating in the yard sale.

• Payments: Most sellers accept cash only; bring small bills and coins. Some sellers may accept digital payments. Ask before buying!
